Our customized Incident Tracking Software reports an incident as it occurs in real time. An Email of the incident is reported to the client immediately. Weekly and Monthly security Incident Statistics are provided to client electronically. We prepare an Emergency Preparedness Program customized to our client’s needs.
We continuously train our officers with the most current security techniques. We maintain clear lines of communication between officers and management. We conduct extensive pre-employment background checks, alcohol and drugs checks on our employees.
Alex Udler
A highly experienced security veteran, Mr. Udler has demonstrated an ability to lead diverse team of professionals to new levels of success and to grow the company to a successful nationwide operation in today’s competitive industry.
Mr. Udler possess strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 20 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business development, anti-terrorism activity, marketing, retail management, corporate investments and consulting.
Mr. Udler founded Global Security Concepts with a targeted vision to provide each of its clients with uniquely specialized and customized security plan and services. Mr. Udler has the ability to successfully analyze clients’ security needs, identify deficiencies in clients’ current security operations, recognize potential threats and opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing safety, increasing security visibility, and improving customer service-for his clients. As a former Army officer and a longtime resident of Los Angeles, Mr. Udler recognized the need for a professionally managed security team that would extend and complement the resources of the local police department.
Khan Fardin
Mr. Khan has been in the security industry for over 20 years. He specializes in operational and security modeling aspect and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of all business services generating from U.S. Operations.
As the COO of GSC, Khan ensures consistent delivery of high quality of service for our clients through regular contact with management teams, constant evaluation of service quality, and focus on high quality service, guidance and support to management and staff.
Mr. Khan assists in the orientation of regional directors, ensures that regional offices and branches have well qualified individuals who are property trained to carry out our organization’s mission; he coaches managers in strengthening their competencies as part of his passion to provide the best quality of service.
His role includes GSC’s expansion, strategic planning, marketing, sales and business development by services and geography.
Ayala Rubanowitz
The role is focused on management and optimization of our website, development of advertisements, managing corporate communications, management of marketing budget and accountability to senior management.
As a Marketing Director, Ms. Rubanowitz, is responsible for leading all marketing activities at Global Security Concepts.
